I’m Ricardo, an Engineering Manager and Tech Lead based in Amsterdam. I lead an engineering team at New10, a fintech building lending products, where I work on shared business and platform capabilities. I’ve been writing software for around 20 years and also run Chá Online, a Brazilian SaaS product I founded more than 10 years ago. I care about pragmatic engineering practices, tech leadership, and building products that people want to use.
